Gymnastics

Hi Bloggers It's me Rio

On Wednesday we had Gymnastics. We first started with a game called musical hoops. We then did some stretches. After we did a course: we had to jump on a trampoline to the end then balance on something to do a flip. Then we jumped over some cones then we jump over a wall then we did a forward roll then we do it again then we do a spring onto a box then we walk on a ladder then we had to hang while walking by going on a bar. Then we had to climb on one then we had to hold a deflated kind of football ball
hanging on a bar and putting it in a hoop then we had to jump on some things then we had to go into the foam pit then we had to jump on a trampoline. Then we had to leave. Here are some photos.
